- Search for the email in your spams
You can quickly search for the email based on its sender, « TMG » in this case. If the message doesn't appear in your inbox, search for it in your other folders. If a spam filter or email rule has moved the email, it might be in the Spam, Junk, Trash, Deleted Items, or Archive folder. - Request a new email
